Our brand was founded by Ingrid du Plessis, a nurse from South Africa with a deep passion for helping people live healthier, fuller lives.

Over the years, Ingrid has seen firsthand how confusing and overwhelming the world of supplements can be for patients. She believed there had to be a better way—clean, honest formulations that support the body without compromise.
